This product is of Electronic / Cleanroom Grade sourced from India, utilizing a super-pure water process through RO + DM treatment. This process thoroughly removes impurities such as particles and metal ions to ppm to ppb levels, achieving a high standard of cleanliness required for electronic material manufacturing. It demonstrates excellent cleaning ability and homogeneity, particularly in the manufacturing processes of semiconductor wafer cleaning, optical glass, and electronic components, allowing for stable use even in cleanroom environments. Major metal impurities (Fe, Cu, Ni, Pb, Na, K, etc.) are managed to below 300 ppb, and the particle count (≥1.0µm) meets extremely strict quality standards of below 25 particles/mL.
